EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Products purchased have not been used / installed on the vehicle, products must be packed in original packaging and all sub-parts have not been used and are in new conditions within 7 days from received of goods.
- An administration fee of 10% will be deducted from the value of initial purchase amount for goods that are new / unused to process the Exchange & Return Policy procedure.
- Products that have been installed onto vehicle can be exchanged or returned will be subjected to refund of upto 70% or lesser value from the purchase amount (actual amount is subjected to the discretion of our company / authorised dealer and depends on the conditions of the returned goods) and all additional installation workmanship fees will be borned by customer.
- Original proof of Goods purchase must be provided to authorised dealer or our company including valid Warranty Card (*for suspension products only) are sent to this email: email@example.com and products installed onto vehicle not exceeding 5 days from date of purchase / installation.
- Exchange value of goods must be same or higher amount than the initial purchased value.
- We reserve the rights to refuse return / exchange of any products purchased that does not meet any of the above Terms & Conditions at the sole discretion of our company and our authorised dealers / resellers.
- All delivery / postage / shipping costs for any Exchange products shall be borned by customer including for the “returned goods” and “new exchanged goods” and any difference in amount due by the customer must be fully paid prior to delivery process.
OTHER GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Customer must contact our company via email: firstname.lastname@example.org or visit the authorized dealers where the products were purchased from with proof that all *T&C are met prior to execution of this policy.
- Processing lead-time will be subject to the approval from the relevant department and may take upto 10 days from received of email from customer.

Please visit the same Authorized dealer whom you had purchased or installed our products.
We shall not liable or be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the return process. Hence, we recommend use of reputable courier / trackable mail service provider / shipping agent and “Lost and Damage insurance” must be purchased by customer upto the good’s purchase amount. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods subject to the following: proof of goods purchased, proof of goods installed, proof of ownership of our products from point of sale prior and subject to all T*C stipulated in this policy otherwise we are unable to execute this policy.
The final approval of Replacement depends will be subjected to the actual conditions of goods upon inspection of returned Goods returned and on goods arrival to our *processing office or please visit to any of our Appointed Authorized dealers where you have purchased the goods.
